Within the Transportation & Engineering Technologies Department at Lansing
Community College are academic and career training options for results-oriented
individuals interested in how things work. There are many learning
opportunities that will give you the skill set you need to compete for work
experiences that can pay $10 to $25 an hour or more.
What you will learn from our faculty is coursework that incorporates the latest instruction based on how industry expects its workers to perform and classes that will provide you with the knowledge you need to excel in your chosen career. Classes are designed to be challenging, test your know-how and give you the credentials that let potential employers know you're ready to work.
Students who complete our programs leave confident about what they can offer an employer. All of the programs within the Transportation & Engineering Technologies Department have 90 percent or better graduate placement rate--meaning that students who successfully complete our programs are hired soon after finishing their studies.
