The Student Life and Leadership Department's Volunteer Service Listing nurtures, promotes and instills the spirit of volunteerism by promoting volunteer opportunities for students, faculty, staff and the community.
To place a volunteer opportunity on this website, complete and return the Volunteer Service Opportunity Listing form that can be accessed here.
* The following listings will be in effect for 30 days. If the volunteer position is filled, the Student Life and Leadership Office will be notified by the agency so the request may be removed from the list.

# 52 - Garden House Volunteer needed at the Allen
Neighborhood Center. Responsible for helping to maintain and staff the
garden house. This is a great opportunity for anyone who loves gardening or
who would like to get involved in gardening. New volunteers will go through

# 51 - Senior Morning Coffee Worker needed at the Allen
Neighborhood Center. Seeking a person who is friendly and enjoys working
with seniors. Hours are Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Volunteer will
help set tables, make coffee and prepare baked goods. When program is done
volunteer will help clean up. A commitment of three months is requested,

# 49 - Volunteer For Painting Project needed at the Allen
Neighborhood Center on Wednesdays from 2:30 to 7 p.m. Someone with an
interest in art, an ability to work with kids, and a basic knowledge of
painting (mixing colors, etc.) and drawing. Volunteer will instruct children
on how to start their painting, monitor and supervise kids and, on occasion,
