Student Involvement

Student Life offers a number of opportunities for students to get involved on and around campus!

Student Advisory Committee To The President

The Lansing Community College Student Advisory Committee to the President meets monthly during the fall and spring semesters. All students are welcome.

Registered Student Organization Board

This is a student run organization.  It enhances the overall educational experiences of students, increase the number of opportunities for students to become involved on campus, to build and strengthen relationships between LCC's Registered Student Organizations (RSO's), and to provide RSO's with funding opportunities and resources for student focused events.

Campus Committees

There are many committees on campus that in which students can serve along side LCC Staff and Faculty.  These committees not only offer students a chance to take part in a committee run in a professional atmosphere, it gives them the opportunity voice their opinion.

The school news paper allows students to submit freelance articles, photos, and cartoons. Freelancers get $20 in gift certificates to Gibson's Book Store for each story they have published, and a $10 gift certificate for each photo or cartoon they have published.
