The Parking and ID Card Office will keep the latest, up to date information about parking rates on Lansing Community College's campus right here! Check back often for any updates that may take place regarding the cost of parking at LCC.
College Parking Rates
LCC Gannon Ramp Hours of Operation:
Monday thought Thursday: 7am-11pm
Friday: 7am-5pm
Using a StarCard
40 cents per half hour or any portion thereof, up to
eight hours.
80 cents per hour starting with the eighth hour.
Rates are in effect from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
(Parking rate enforcement times are subject to change at LCC's discretion).
Using Cash
$1.40 per hour. Rate is in effect from 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
City of Lansing Parking Rates
North Capitol Ramp Hours of Operation:
Monday through Friday: 6am-10:30pm
Nights, Weekends, and Holidays the ramp is gated and locked.
Using a StarCard
$.80 per hour or any portion thereof.
Rates are in effect 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Maximum $8.00 daily.
Using Cash
$2.00 per hour. Rates are in effect 8 a.m. to 10 p.m.

The Student Semester Parking Card is a card that can be purchased by current students for parking in the Gannon Ramp during the purchased semester. A truly great value for students who are on campus more than 20 hours a week! The Student Semester Parking Card can be purchased at Parking & ID Services on the 2nd floor of Gannon building.
Prices:
Summer Semester: $150.00
Fall Semester: $300.00
Spring Semester: $300.00

The Student Semester Parking Card does not
guarantee a parking space in any authorized parking structures
(Gannon Parking Ramp).
2) If a card is lost or
stolen, a new card may be purchased for the original price of
$300 for Fall or Spring semesters, and $150 for Summer semester,
no matter when the original card was lost or stolen. All prices
are subject to change by
3) Damaged cards are subject to a $15
re-issue charge. The damaged card must be surrendered to Parking
& ID Services in order to receive the replacement card.
4) No value can be added to the Student Semester Parking
Card.
5) There are no refunds for the purchase value of the Student
Semester Parking Card. The Student Semester Parking Card is
non-transferable.
