BUSINESS, MEDIA, AND INFORMATION TECHNOLOGIES DIVISION

  • Accident Fund Company Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to students enrolled in the business program with a minimum of 12 credits. Recipients must be reside in-district and maintain a 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered.

  • Allegra Print and Imaging of Okemos Scholarship
    Recipients must be minority students enrolled in a Business program and be pursuing their first degree.
     

  • ALLTEL Communications Scholarship
    This scholarship is intended for students pursuing a Business program and carrying a minimum of 6 credits.
     

  • American Institute of Banking, Lansing , MI Chapter Scholarship
    Students must show an interest in business and finance programs/careers. Recipients must be in-district residents and carry a minimum of 12 credits. Consideration will be given to students having financial need.
     

  • ARAMARK Hospitality Program Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients shall be enrolled in the Hospitality program and carry a minimum of 6 credits. Preference will be given to students with work experience in the food/hospitality industry and that have financial need.
     

  • Capitol Bancorp Community Service Endowed Scholarship
    Recipients must be enrolled in a business program and may reside in or out of district.  Students must maintain a minimum 2.4 GPA.  Financial need is considered.  Recipients must have demonstrated volunteer service (may be any form of service; not limited to any specific organization) to support the betterment of their community.  Recipients will be asked to visit Capitol Bancorp executives after acceptance of award.
     

  • CEO Network Scholarship
    Recipients must be a resident of the tri-county area, carry a minimum of 6 credits, and have a 2.5 or better GPA. Preference will be given to students pursuing a first degree in any business curriculum.
     

  • Consolidated Financial Corporation Scholarship
    Students must be pursuing an education in business and carry a minimum of 6 credits.
     

  • Dean F. George and Doris M. Hopkins Scholarship
    Students must have demonstrated high academic achievement for one year at LCC and remain in good academic standing. Recipients shall enroll for a minimum 8 credits and have a minimum 3.0 GPA.
     

  • Frandorson/Corr - Endowed Management Scholarship
    Recipients shall be in-district residents interested in obtaining an associate or bachelor degree in management, marketing, business, or shopping center management. Recipients must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and enroll in a minimum of 12 credits.
     

  • Frank and Sophia Tegge Scholarship for Business/Finance
    This scholarship is available to students pursuing an education in business/finance. Students must be in-district residents, enroll for a minimum of 12 credits, and have a minimum 2.75 GPA. Financial need will be considered.
     

  • George and Marilyn Nugent and Family Banking and Finance Scholarship
    This scholarship will benefit selected students interested in a career in banking or finance.
     

  • G.L.A. Club, Inc., NANBPW, Inc. Scholarship (Greater Lansing Area Club, Inc., National Association of Negro Business and Professional Women's Clubs, Inc.)
    This scholarship is for African American students pursuing their first educational degree in a Business program. Recipients are selected by the organization.
     

  • Glenn V. Cathey Scholarship
    This scholarship is available to students pursuing an education in business. Recipients must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and carry a minimum of 6 credits. Consideration will be given those with financial need.
     

  • Greater Lansing Board of Realtors Education Foundation Scholarship
    Recipients must be members of the Greater Lansing Board of Realtors.
     

  • James L. Reutter Business and Technology Careers Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients shall be enrolled in a Business or Technology Careers program and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA. Those individuals must live in-district.  Recipients shall demonstrate financial need.
     

  • Jan and Joe Foster Legal Assistant Scholarship
    Scholarship recipients shall be reside in-district, enroll for a minimum of 12 credits in the Legal Assistant program, and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be considered.
     

  • Joseph P. Sohn Hotel/Motel/Food Service Management Specialist Scholarship
    Recipients shall be enrolled in a minimum of 12 credits in the Hotel/Motel/Food Service Management Program. Applicants must be in-district residents and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Financial need will be taken into consideration.
     

  • Koks/Winegardner Endowed Scholarship
    This scholarship is intended for students enrolled in a Business Management program. Recipients must be enrolled in a minimum of 9 credits and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
     

  • Lansing Area Travel Agents Scholarship
    Students must be enrolled in the Travel and Tourism program. A minimum 2.5 GPA is required.
     

  • Maldonado Scholarship by Drs. W. E. and Sarah Maldonado
    Scholarship awards will be awarded to students enrolled for a minimum 12 credits in LCC’s business programs. Preference will be given to Hispanic students entering college for the first time with a minimum 3.0 GPA.
     

  • Michigan Regional CREW Scholarship
    Students must be enrolled in a business program, with preference given to the Real Estate program; Preference given to a female, although a male is acceptable.  Recipient must maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
     

  • Richard and Olivia Letts Scholarship
    This scholarship provides tuition and fees for disadvantaged students enrolled in a Business program. Students must enroll for a minimum of 6 credits.

  • Accounting Scholarship
    Recipients must have taken ACCT 210 & 211 and achieved a 3.0 GPA or better. Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credits.
     

  • Dr. Ronald K. Edwards Memorial Scholarship
    Recipients shall be enrolled in the Accounting program, maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA and be enrolled in a  minimum of  6 credits.
     

  • Hulon T. Benson, Jr. Memorial Scholarship by Thomas and Jeffrey Benson
    Recipients shall be African American students enrolled in the Accounting program. Students shall live in-district, enroll in at least 12 credits, and maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
     

  • State Association of Accountants, Auditors and Business Administrators Scholarship
    Recipients must be an accounting major and demonstrate financial need.

  • Bernard F. Sr & Dorothy L. Gaffney Endowed Memorial Scholarship Fund
    This scholarship is intended for a second year student in the Accounting program with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Recipients must be a resident of Ingham, Clinton, Eaton, Hillsdale, Jackson, or Lenawee County.
     

  • Capital Area Labor Management Forum Scholarship in Memory of Donna Falconer
    Students may be enrolled in a business program with preference to those interested in HR/labor relations.  Recipient must enroll in a minimum of 6 credits, maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA, and reside in-district.  Financial need is considered.
     

  • Gerald Edward Hause Marketing and Sales Scholarship
    This scholarship is intended for students pursuing their first educational degree who are enrolled in  Marketing or Sales courses. Recipients shall enroll for a minimum of 12 credits and have a minimum 2.5 GPA. Consideration will be given to students with financial need.
     

  • John and Martha Aldinger Endowed Scholarship
    Recipients shall be pursuing advertising or a related curriculum. Students may enroll in a minimum of 6 credits and maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA.
     

  • Lansing Advertising Club Scholarship
    Recipients must be enrolled in fields of study leading to a career in advertising such as marketing, graphic design, telecommunications, or other related areas of study. Students must be enrolled for a minimum of 6 credits and have financial need.
     

  • Marketing and Sales Scholarship
    Students interested in obtaining an associate degree in marketing or sales are encouraged to apply. Applicants must have demonstrated high academic achievement in high school or college and should be recommended by a high school or college counselor, teacher, administrator and/or current employer.
     

  • Michael T. Brisbois Sales and Marketing Scholarship
    This scholarship is intended for second year students pursuing Sales and Marketing as a major. Recipients shall enroll in a minimum of 12 credits and have a minimum 2.5 GPA.
     

  • Brenda Isaacson Memorial Scholarship
    Designated for students enrolled in a minimum of 6 credits in the Media or Visual Arts programs.  Students must be living in-district and maintain a minimum 2.5 GPA.
     

  • ISCD Technology Scholarship
    Recipients shall be enrolled in an Information Technology program with a minimum of 12 credits, live in-district, and shall demonstrate a strong desire to major in an information technology-related field.
     

  • Media Technology Scholarship
    Recipients are selected by the Media Technology program.
     

  • Photography Scholarship
    Recipients are selected by the Photo Imaging Technology program.
