  How to Register via the Web
 
 


Web Registration

Visit www.lcc.edu for the fastest way to register for your classes!

  1. To check registration availability, go to the course schedules and registration page, and click on the "Registration Calendar" link for the semester. Please complete the class schedule worksheet before you register. Academic advising and skills assessment may be required for some of your course selections before you register. See the skills assessment section prior to registering.

  2. Access the LCC web site at www.lcc.edu.

  3. To web register, go to www.lcc.edu/registration and follow the instructions.

  4. If you forgot your TUID or password, or if you need to request a TUID, click the appropriate button on the Star Port login page and follow the directions. Contact the LCC Help Desk at (517) 483-5221 or toll free at 1-800-644-4522, ext 5221 if you experience problems with Star Port.

  1. Pay your tuition by the registration payment due date. To see detailed information on payment due dates for a specific semester, go to the course schedules and registration page, and click on the "Payments and Refunds" link for the semester. Payments must be received in the Student Finance Office by the payment due date indicated for each semester, regardless of whether a bill has been received.

  2. Pay online or sign up for the FACTS payment plan. Go to www.lcc.edu/registration and follow the instructions.

  3. Please verify the accuracy of your schedule.

  1. Read the registration information section. Enrollment Services staff members are available to answer your questions about registration.

  2. Assessment may be required for some of your course selections before you can register. See skills assessment before you register. If you are a transfer or guest student, please bring copies of transcripts in order to review if testing is required.

  3. For students considering changing careers or students who are seeking a degree or certificate toward a first career, professional counseling and advising is available.
