Prospective students must complete an admission application before registering for classes.
Two ways to complete an admission application
Online - This is the recommended way to submit your admission application.

Visit www.lcc.edu. Your first step is to register for your Technology User ID (TUID) in Star Port. Register for a Star Port account by clicking on the "New Students - Start Here" link in the Star Port login area.
International students visit www.lcc.edu/admissions/interstu/ to complete the international form.

Complete the required information to obtain your Technology User ID and password. Retain your TUID and password for future use.

Login to Star Port by using your newly created TUID and password.

Click on the New Students tab and click on the Admissions and Enrollment link in the Apply and Register for Classes box.

You will need to log in again with your TUID and password and click on the Student Self Service link.

Click on the Home link and verify your information.

Click on the Admissions tab and complete your application.
By mail - If you would like a General Admission Application mailed to you, call (517) 483-1957.

Fill out the application.

Fax the printed copy, mail it, or personally bring it to the Enrollment Services/Admissions Office. Room 203, Gannon Building.

All applicants will receive a letter regarding their admission to LCC (not to a specific program). If you do not receive your letter within two weeks, please call the Admissions Office at (517) 483-1200 or e-mail us at admissions@lcc.edu.

Campus Tours
Tours of the downtown campus are available without appointment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., and 3 p.m. from the Welcome Center, Room 221, Gannon Building. To register for a campus tour, go to www.lcc.edu/campusvisit. Tours of West Campus are available by appointment only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please call (517) 267-5452 to schedule an appointment for a West Campus tour. Tours are also included with LCC orientation programs.
