Cardholders must confirm vendor
acceptance of the credit card before placing an order. If a
credit card is not acceptable, you may submit a requisition for
payment. Please state in the document text if Purchasing is to
mail the Purchase Order and check or if you will be picking up the
check and delivering it in person.
