Welcome to Lansing Community College

We appreciate your exploration of our college, our academic offerings, and our services. Lansing Community College is a national leader, serving some 30,000 students annually and employing more than 3,200 faculty, staff and students. Since our founding in 1957, more than 500,000 people have taken classes at LCC.

Whether you are interested in obtaining a degree, earning credits that transfer to a university, updating your skills, receiving job training, or exploring personal interests, Lansing Community College can meet you where you are and take you where you want to go. We offer nearly 2,500 different courses that can lead to more than 200 associate degrees and certificate programs in a variety of career fields. Each year more than 6,000 LCC students successfully transfer to great universities across the nation.

Our experienced and highly qualified faculty are committed to student success. Our Board of Trustees and staff are dedicated to keeping tuition costs affordable and offering smaller class sizes at convenient times and with varied delivery methods, including online.

From health care to accounting and fire science to welding, LCC can pave your career path and propel you down the road to a rewarding career. Also, the University Center on LCC's campus provides the opportunity to earn bachelor's and master's degrees without leaving campus.
