Fitness Centers
Main Campus - Gannon Building, room 270
West Campus - room M126

LCC has two fitness centers, one on Main Campus and one on West Campus.  Students can use both facilities by enrolling in total fitness classes (PFFT 100, 101, 102, 103).  For students who want to use the facilities but not earn academic credit, student and alumni memberships are available.  Faculty will help you design a customized fitness program to meet your needs.

Both centers offer a wide variety of cardiovascular and strength training machines including treadmills, ellipticals, both upright and recumbent bikes, Cybex, Free Motion and Magnum Fitness equipment as well as running/walking tracks and stretching areas.
