If you have heart
disease or want to prevent it, join this exercise class at
Lansing Community College.

This exercise class is designed for older adults. (Younger adults are welcome too!)

Exercise classes are medically supervised and blood pressures are taken every class.

Classes are held Monday, Wednesday and Friday at
5:30 pm and consist of a warm-up, a relaxing cool-down and 40 minutes of cardiovascular training in between. -
All kinds of fun cardiovascular activities are available such as walking, biking, beach ball volleyball, badminton, aerobic dancing, and stair stepping. In addition, you will receive valuable information on cardiac health, weight control, nutrition, stress management and other health related topics.

This class meets all year around and you can join at any time of the year.

It is a great class to join with your spouse. Spend time together, stay fit together.

Exercise physiologists are available to discuss your concerns with you at any time. It's like having your own personal trainer!
