The PC Techs are currently looking for certain computers to upgrade.

The
Telecommunications (Telecomm) team's
responsibilities include administering, installing, and resolving phone
related problems and activities, including call center upkeep and
operation.
The PC
Operations group is responsible for installing, upgrading, and
maintaining all computers owned by the college. This includes on and
off-campus sites. This involves working with individuals and departments
to utilize discipline-specific applications and systems, along with
supporting all the classroom's on campus.
The
Wireless team is a mixture of both PC
Operations and Telecomm members, who strive to make sure that IS/CD's
Campus-Wide Wireless network is running and accessible to all who are
authorized and wish to use it. This encompasses the Wireless Access
Points across campuses, as well as making sure that users' computer's
are set up correctly to utilize the system.
The
Networking team plays one of the most
important parts of PCNTS by connecting every computer on campus together.
From wiring, to the internet, to the components and the design in
between, everything goes through our network. The Networking team also
manages the connections between campuses, and all the intricacies
involved there.
The Software Download Center
is where college employees can download software that they might need to
perform their functions. The software we offer is limited to
applications where licensing is not an issue (for those of you looking
for programs such as Microsoft Office please contact the LCC helpdesk by
