  • Please tell your student to complete your assessment prior to attending orientation or you will not be able to register. If you have questions regarding assessment, go to assessment.

Understanding Your Student's Rights and Privacy:

Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) of 1974 regulates to whom the college may release information about a student's educational records. It prohibits the college from releasing students' information to anyone other than the student, even parents or spouse, without the student's written consent. To learn more about FERPA at LCC, click here. For other questions regarding privacy and records, contact the LCC Registrar's Office.

Campus Safety:

The educational environment, including the safety of students, is of paramount importance to LCC. We maintain our own Police department, including sworn officers and auxiliary officers who operate 24 hours a day, 7 days per week. More information about The Department of Public Safety, including the many services they provide (safety escorts, car battery jumps, lost and found, etc.), can be located by clicking here.
