
About In Person Orientation
In person orientation is led by LCC staff on campus and lasts four hours. Adult guests are welcome to attend with students (limit one per student). At in person orientation you will:
- Tour the campus
- Hear from a student and faculty panel on how to be successful while in college
- Learn about ways to pay for college, i.e. financial aid
- Meet with an academic advisor
- Learn to use LCC technology
- Register for classes
Students must have placement levels before attending orientation
Students arriving without Reading and Writing Levels will be directed to complete the placement process before being able to attend orientation.
