Instructor Memo
An Instructor Memo is a document that verifies a student's disability and outlines the academic accommodations he/she has been approved to receive based upon the Office of Disability Support Services (ODSS) review of the student's disability documentation.
These memos are created by ODSS staff on a semester-by-semester basis for students who have registered for and are eligible to receive services. Instructors are required to provide (or assist with providing) academic accommodations to a student once they have received this Instructor Memo.
If a student requests an accommodation but has not provided an Instructor Memo, please refer him/her to the Office of Disability Support Services in GB 204; 483-1904 (Voice) or 483-1207 (TTY).
