The Learning Management System (LMS) has a look and feel of a portal homepage which allows for:

  • easier navigation
  • user specific course assignment for your job/role
  • individual reporting capabilities
  • more than 800 online professional development courses to choose from - employees can sign up for five classes per fiscal year

In addition, the LMS further enhances and enables an employee’s development and continuous improvement process to tie directly to classroom and web-based training resources through individual development plans, skills assessment, competency building, and training completion. The LMS provides a framework to develop employees as individuals and expands their professional development opportunities that align with the college’s strategic goals – Valuing Employees.
