LCC and Faith Partner to Host Forum for Students with Historically Black Colleges and Universities

LANSING 9/14/12 – Students and prospective students can meet with representatives from a number of the nation’s historically black colleges and universities (HBCU) at the second annual Building Bridges HBCU Fair, Saturday, September 22 at Union Missionary Baptist Church, 500 S. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Lansing from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.

Among the colleges represented will be:  Bethune-Cookman University (Daytona Beach, FL), Morehouse College (Atlanta, GA), Morgan State University (Baltimore, MD), Prairie View A&M University (Prairie View, TX), and Spelman College (Atlanta, GA).

At noon, Morehouse College’s Dean of Admissions Danny Bellinger will conduct a special presentation for young men about the academic opportunities available at the Atlanta college.
