Computer Science Program

Computer Science is an engineering discipline that focuses on the theory, problem solving methods and mathematics of the computer field.  It emphasizes general programming competence rather than mastery of one language, so that students are adaptable to new languages and challenges.

The Math & Computer Science Department offers several classes in Computer Science.  These include:

CPSC 131 (Numerical Methods and MATLAB)
