Scholarships will be awarded to selected students to
advance the craftsman's legacy in fields related to the preservation of
metals. Scholarships are for engineering, preservation, and
industrial arts students to attend the annual Iron & Steel Preservation
Conference (ISPC) at Lansing Community College in Lansing, Michigan.
Scholarship recipients; funds are intended to be used toward the
conference registration fee, transportation and lodging. A brief
report must be submitted upon completion of the workshop.
College Currently Attending:
Degree (B.Sc. Ph.D, etc.) and Major (Civil
Engineering, Preservation, Industrial arts, etc):
Year of Graduation:
In approximately 200 words describe why you want to attend this
workshop and how you envision this workshop helping you advance the
future use of iron and steel preservation techniques.
Scholarship Application Deadline is February 10, 2013. Scholarship
awardees will be notified on February 19, 2013.
