3+1 Central Michigan University, in partnership with Lansing Community College, now offers the complete Bachelor of Science in Education degree in Lansing. The degree is for Elementary Education (K-8) with an Integrated Science major and Reading minor. No other major or minor options are available for this program. Students take the first 94 credits, including all science courses, at LCC and complete the upper level professional education courses and the Reading minor as CMU students. CMU courses are taught at their East Lansing center at 2900 West Rd., Suite 301.
* Note: Due to high
demand for this program, students are advised to identify their interest
as early in their LCC program as possible. A maximum of 30 students will
be accepted into the program each year. In the event that more than 30
students apply, the candidates with the highest GPA will be admitted. |
