Who can write for The Lookout?
Students who are enrolled at Lansing Community
College.
How do I write for The Lookout?
Eligible students can come to the office, located in
room 208 of the Student Personnel Services building, and
fill out an application, or call 483-1291.
How much do I get paid?
Staff writers get a $10 gift certificate to Gibson's
Book Store for each story, published photograph and/or
piece of artwork. Editors start at $7.70 an hour for 15
or 20 hours a week.
How can I voice my opinion in The
Lookout?

every other week during fall and spring semesters.

The Lookout's pub. dates for fall 2009 are Aug. 31,
Sept. 14, Sept. 28, Oct. 12, Oct. 26, Nov. 9, Nov. 23
and Dec. 7.
What is the circulation of The
Lookout?
A total of 2,500 copies of The Lookout are
published bi-weekly. Over 20,000 LCC students,
their families, friends, faculty, administrative
staff, and employees of LCC have access to The
Lookout regularly.
