Reserves Request Form

To place an item on reserve at the Library, please take the following 3 steps:

  1. Review copyright information pertaining to LCC Library Reserves.

  2. Complete the Reserve Request Form below.

  3. Deliver any print or multimedia material to the Library Checkout Desk on the 2nd floor of the library (main floor) or call the Checkout Desk at 483-1626 to arrange a pickup place and time.

After your request has been processed you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your reserve list. Please provide your students with reserve item call number and loan period information.
