Traveler's Health  
The Center for Disease Control's Traveler's Health site is searchable by country or region. It provides links to Specific Topics like diseases and vaccinations, illness and injury abroad. Links to information for specific groups (i.e. children, special needs travelers, etc) and settings (i.e. air travel, cruise ships, etc) are also provided.
