Information Technology Services (ITS) is a division of
four departments working together to provide and sustain dependable,
accessible, and responsive computing services to the LCC community.
The ITS departments, including brief mention of emphasis, are:
the Enterprise System, responsible for applications that support the College’s administrative operations
the Personal Computing, Network, & Telecommunication Services Department, providing technical support for those services
the College Technical Support staff who manage the computer systems
the Instructional & Technology Support Services department who provide the FIRST line of assistance with the Help Desk and all computer lab services to students, faculty and staff
