- Based on full-time enrollment of 20-24 hours of class hours (4
courses) a week. A part-time student (non-F-1 student) pays
$575 per course.
- Every class requires a textbook. Other supplies may include
notebooks, pencils, computer disks, etc.
- LCC has no student dormitory. Most international students
live in rental apartments, which are plentiful in the Lansing area.
The ELCC staff can provide assistance to students looking for
apartments upon their arrival.
- The U.S. government requires F-1 visa holders to have health
insurance. The cost shown is an
approximation.
- This includes clothing, transportation, and personal incidental
expenses.
It is the responsibility of the student to have the necessary funds
needed to establish living quarters, and to pay educational expenses,
insurance premiums, and other costs related to living in the United
States. Neither the ELCC nor Lansing Community College offers any
financial support or emergency funds for international students.
