Anti-Virus
Anti-Virus is very important for any computer connected to the Internet. All LCC computers are required to run anti-virus software and to update the virus signatures at least once a week. The anti-virus software used on desktops is McAfee VirusScan. In addition all incoming email to LCC email accounts is scanned for viruses by the Sophos PureMessage Spam and Virus gateway. Employees can get Mcafee VirusScan for home use by contacting the ISCD front desk, located in TLC 330.
