Instructions
for accessing your TUID
1. Go to the LCC home page (www.lcc.edu).
2. Click on the link on the left
that says “Access Star Port, Angel and other student
systems”
3. On the next screen, click the
“Sign up for Star Port access” button (in the left
navigation bar). Enter the requested information; (note: be
sure to enter your date of birth in the following format mm/dd/yyyy)
4. On the next screen you will set
your password and hint question and answer. (note: password
should be 8 to 9 characters in length and include both
letters and numbers.)
5. A TUID will now be provided to
you, please make a note of it.
6. Once you have your TUID, you
can log into Star Port from the LCC home page by selecting
the "Star Port Login" button and entering your TUID and
password.
Your TUID and password are also
used for logging into Registration and Student Records and
Angel. If you are on campus and
have not yet accessed your TUID or forgot your TUID or
Password, you will need to
log into the campus network with the username and password:
techid. This "techid" account is very limited, in that it
only allows you to setup your TUID. Once your TUID has been
created, close the browser, and re-log into Star Port using
your new TUID and password. Forgot
your password?

Go to the LCC home page (www.lcc.edu).

Click on the "Star
Port LOGON" button.

Then click the "Forgot my TUID
and/or password" link, found below the star port
log on box.

Chose the second option which
says: "Forgot my Password and know my Challenge Response -
Click here."

Enter the requested information.
Note: if you do not remember the Challenge question and answer
you previously provided please contact the help desk at
483-5221(1-800 644-4522 option 3 for long distance) or send an
e-mail to lcc1@lcc.edu
requesting your challenge question and answer, be sure to
include in the e-mail your full name, date of birth and
mailing address as this information is necessary for verifying
your identity.
Forgot your TUID?

Go to the LCC home page (www.lcc.edu).

Click on the "Star
Port LOGON" button.

Then click the "Forgot my TUID
and/or password" link, found below the star port
log on box.

Click "Forgot my TUID - click
here" link
-
Follow the directions on the
screen to obtain your TUID.
