If you need technical support, have advising questions or need Electronic Course Content Delivery (Angel) training, LCC has many services available to you. You can receive assistance through the LCC Help Desk, eAdvisors, the TLC Computer Lab, and student orientation sessions. Training is also available through an online training course and online manual.

How to access Help Services

  1. Go to the LCC home page (www.lcc.edu).

  2. Click on the Star Port login button on the LCC home page.

  3. Log into Star Port using your TUID and password.

  4. Select the Help tab at the top of the screen.

Help Desk Information

LCC's Help Desk provides technical assistance to faculty, staff and students. Specific areas of assistance include:

Hours of Operation
New hours of operation beginning January 2, 2007 - Open 7 a.m. to 12 a.m. midnight everyday. (LCC's Help Desk will be closed from Midnight to 7a.m. daily) 

**The Help Desk will also be open from midnight to 3a.m. on the first day of registration (April 30, 2007 for Fall semester 07)
