  How to use the Famis Administrative Work Request System
 

Famis

The Administrative Services Request Forms allow you to easily enter requests on-line for non-technology related services. Please call 5221 if you encounter any problems with this system.


The Administrative Service Work Request System (Famis) allows you to easily enter Work Requests on-line for the following services:

Log on Information

When you enter the Famis Work Request System you will be required to enter a user name and password.

  • Everyone is automatically set up with an account

  • Your User Name will be your Technology User ID

  • Your initial password is the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. You can change your password in the customer profile section at any time.

If your username or password are not working Please contact the Help Desk to have it reset.

User profile

If you have never entered a Work Request before you will be required to create a user profile

  • Your user profile stores your location and contact information so that you don't have to enter them every time you submit a new request. 

  • Creating a user profile only takes a minute.  Required information is indicated in red.

  • You will be able to create a new work request  immediately after creating your user profile

Tracking Your Request Status

The response time for requests depends varies depending on the request type. 

To check the status of of your request:

  1. Go to the Administrative Services Work Request Page

  2. Click on Search for Work Requests - on the navigation bar at the top of the page.

  3. If you know your request number, that is all you need to enter, if not fill in the other fields  

  4. Click the Execute Query button.
