Collaboration Suite is the file and communication system used by all LCC employees. Collaboration Suite is an integrated e-mail, calendar, task, and file management system accessible through a Single Sign-On in Star Port. Collaboration Suite will replace Lotus Notes as the communication system and Novell as the network file system.

Internet Access
Arialink is he internet server provider that the college provides to its employees free of charge.
 

iSupport
iSupport is the replacement for the current trouble ticket system (McAfee Help Desk) used by the LCC Help Desk to track technical issues / problems. iSupport allows the Help Desk and all LCC employees to submit, monitor and respond to Service Requests online. The iSupport web feature is an enhancement - you will still be able to log requests via the telephone (483-5221) or by email (lcc1@lcc.edu).

The LCC Directory is accessed on the Star Port Home Page.  By Providing the division/department/program/employee's name or telephone number, the directory can provide name, campus location, Email, phone number, department and mail code.

 

 


SBC Smart Pages
Desk top access to the online SBC telephone directory puts white pages, yellow pages, emergency, area codes, and service numbers at your fingertips.

 


Telephone Directory
LCC's telephone system provides a corporate directory that is updated every 24-hours. First and last name searches result in direct dial to the employee.
