Lansing Community College has established equivalencies for the most commonly transferred courses from a number of colleges and universities in Michigan and the surrounding area. Some courses you have taken from the college you attended may not be listed. However, LCC can evaluate the coursework and assign equivalencies as appropriate.
If you took courses elsewhere and wish to receive official transfer credit on your LCC record, send official transcripts to the Registrar's Office at 1121-Records Office, Lansing Community College, PO Box 40010, Lansing MI 48901-7210. Once your transcripts are received by LCC, evaluations take approximately 4-6 weeks during peak periods, so please plan accordingly.
Please note that the tables contain equivalencies for credits that are transferred to LCC from another college or university. Students interested in transferring to another college from LCC should check the transfer information web page.
The following tables contain transfer equivalencies from LCCs most frequently transferred schools. Every reasonable effort is made to keep the information provided here accurate and up-to-date. All final decisions regarding the transferability of courses should be confirmed by the Registrar's Office.
