Certificate of Registration
The Lansing Community College's
Financial Services Division achieved ISO 9001:2000
certification on September 13, 2005. We pursued this
certification in a quest to develop and implement a quality
management system (QMS) to better satisfy the needs of our
customers, to ensure employee satisfaction and empowerment,
and to facilitate the continuous improvement of our
processes and services.
Quality Policy
The Financial Services
Division is committed to fulfilling the requirements of our
Quality Management System so that we will provide quality
service with a friendly attitude to improve and enhance the
college community. We will consistently provide products and
services that meet or exceed the requirements and
expectations of our customers. We do this by seeking out
customer feedback and by applying continual improvement
principles to our processes. We will actively pursue
improving quality through employee learning that enables
each employee to do their job right the first time and every
time.
