The Herrmann home (constructed in 1893 for John T. Herrmann, a local tailor) was acquired by the college in 1967 for use as a faculty conference center. The center was designated as a historical site in 1987. The first floor is used primarily for meetings and special gatherings. The Employee Wellness offices are housed on the second floor.
