Sexual Harassment

The faculty, staff and students of Lansing Community College believe that
everyone should be treated with respect. Not only is sexual harassment
disrespectful, but it is illegal and against college policy. Our goal is to
provide a work and educational environment free of harassment.
To this we engage in every productive approach of educating faculty, staff and
students of the facts and the
myths about sexual harassment, our
policies, and how complaints are handled. All informal and formal complaints are
taken. Depending on the context, a level of fact finding appropriate to the
situation is required. At Lansing Community College, sexual harassment is
never okay.
