Complaint Process.
Federal and state laws combine to prohibit
discrimination in employment based on race, color, sex, age, religion, national
origin, disability, marital status, height, weight or sexual orientation. Sexual
harassment is a form of sex discrimination and is therefore illegal. It is also
illegal for anyone to take reprisals against an employee because that employee has
filed a discrimination complaint or because an employee has assisted in a
complaint proceeding.
