Learning Online in Desire2Learn
Every semester, the eLearning Department offers Learning Online in
Desire2Learn, an online training course, to offer students a chance
to learn more about using LCC's Course Management System (CMS),
Desire2Learn. This training takes students through how to use each
of the tools, such as discussion boards, dropboxes, etc. as well as
provides additional resources and information about how to be
successful in an online course.
- Learning Online in Desire2Learn Online Format: Available to all students enrolled in courses for the entire semester. The training is located in Desire2Learn in My Courses under the Training tab. This is a self-paced training that allows you the flexibility to walk away at any time and return later to finish.
- Schedule An Appointment: If you
would like assistance in learning to use
Desire2Learn, you can schedule an appointment to
come in to the eLearning Department office and work
with an eLearning staff member to learn to use the
tools you need within Desire2Learn. You can contact
