ANGEL Request Forms have moved to StarPort!
To access the Faculty ANGEL Request Forms, follow the steps below:
- Login to StarPort using your TUID and Password.
- Select the Faculty Tab.
- ANGEL Request Forms are located in the right column toward the bottom of the screen.
ANGEL Request Forms Available:
- Master Course Creation Request
- Learning Object Repository (LOR) Creation Request
- Group Creation Request
- Course Deletion Request
- Add a User to a Course Request
- Access for Incomplete Request
