- Assessment Center - For information regarding student testing and proctored sites.
- Center for Teaching Excellence - Resource available to faculty teaching online as well as on-campus.
- Computer Lab - Facility on campus available for use by faculty and current students.
- Counseling and Advising - Advisors and Counselors are available for students to see on campus.
- Disability Support Services - Available to assist students with disabilities.
- Enrollment Services/Financial Aid - Available to assist with enrollment and financial aid issues and questions.
- Help Desk - Technical support available 24/7 for faculty, students and staff by calling (517) 483-5221 or emailing lcc1@lcc.edu.
- LCC/CTE Online Teaching Certification - Offered through the CTE, this certification is required for teaching online.
- Library - 24/7 online library available for faculty and students. Instructions for Integrating the Library into Desire2Learn are also available.
- Online Testing Support Office - Area of the Assessment Center dedicated to Faculty including drop off and pick up of exams.
- Tutoring Services - Offers online and on-campus tutoring for students.
