NCCE 800 Women and Leadership
Prerequisite: None
This program meets once a week for four weeks and focuses on fostering
leadership skills. It will include speakers, group discussion and assistance
in pursuing individual goals. Participants will learn about leadership
experiences and opportunities, explore multiple leadership techniques, and
develop an understanding of community responsibility in supporting
leadership advancement for women. The program will also address overcoming
obstacles to build personal and professional success.
