NCCE 700 Introduction to Weight Management
Prerequisite: None
Whether you've been wanting to lose weight for a while or you just don't
want to gain the typical 15 pounds over the holiday season, this class is
the perfect jump start for you. This introductory course will discuss how
simple lifestyle and behavior modifications can help you manage your weight.
We will apply the latest research in emotional and mindless eating to give
you a better understanding of the difference between psychological hunger
and physiological hunger. Combined with a discussion of the key principles
of nutrition and exercise, you will walk away with lots of tips and expert
information to help you drop those pounds. Cost of this seminar is $55.
