NCCE 700    On the Ball


Prerequisite: None


Check out one of the leading fitness trends - stability ball exercise. This fun and exciting class combines circuit style training with body weight exercise for a complete total-body workout that will leave you feeling refreshed. This class is a great introduction to exercise for beginners, but will also challenge those looking to add a little spice to their current routine. Students must provide their own stability ball. Cost of this seminar is $55.
