Jean Welsh is a faculty member in the Media, Arts and Information
Technologies Department at Lansing Community College (LCC). She has
served students as an academic advisor in the Advising Center since
1994.
She was awarded a Bachelors of Science Degree and also a Masters of Arts
Degree from Michigan State University. Her subject specialty is Computer
Applications and she holds the Microsoft Master Instructor certification
as well as Master Microsoft Office Specialist certification.
Prior to LCC she was a faculty member of the University of Michigan
serving as an Educational Development Counselor for General Motors
Employees. Her professional career has been devoted to helping students
achieve their educational goals.
