lots of the highest grade Arabica beans available. Secondly, they roast the beans long and slow in
order to coax the finest flavors from every bean. And, the coffee is air cooled, not water quenched
like commercial coffee - it's more work for less
coffee, but the result is a fresher, more flavorful
