Lansing Community College Conference Services is
pleased to offer the following event services:
- Dedicated event planning team
Our experienced staff will assist every step of the way to ensure you achieve
maximum results.
- A variety of outstanding facilities at a convenient location
Lansing Community College is a single college with multiple learning locations.
The downtown (main) campus is situated on 42 acres, spanning seven city blocks.
A second campus, West Campus, is a training complex covering more than 260,000
square feet. West Campus features a dedicated conference center with capacities
up to 250 participants.
- Full service on-site catering
Please use our online menu as a guideline for pricing and ideas. Remember,
however, your choices are unlimited in personalizing your event. We would be
happy to create a custom menu to meet both your taste and budget.
- Advanced audio-visual and multi-media equipment and support
Lansing Community College offers a full line of on-site AV and multi-media
equipment and support. Estimates are available and recommended.
- Overnight accommodation assistance
Event participants have easy access to a variety of nearby accommodations.
Special rates for participants of events held at Lansing Community College are
available. Our staff can provide a complete list of these hotels and assist with
group accommodations.
- Business services
Our support staff is available to assist with photocopying, faxing or laser
printing. Name badges and additional presentation supplies are available.
