Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book?

We recommend having all event requirements confirmed a minimum of 30 days prior to your function date. Simply contact our office or complete an online Request for Proposal. After availability is confirmed, the planning process begins. One of our Event Coordinators will contact you to discuss your agenda and needs. After event details are confirmed, you will then receive two separate documents, a facilities rental contract specifying your meeting room assignments and an event order detailing specific needs such as room set, food & beverage selections and
audio / /visual equipment. We ask that both documents be signed and returned to serve as mutual confirmation.
