As an advocate of quality management, we know that together in our community and Lansing Community College (LCC), our collective efforts will lead to a world-class community in the capital area. CQI offers you many membership benefits.
Whether you or your organization's focus in quality is in customer satisfaction, team building, problem solving, customer surveys, leadership, management principles, or other quality-related topics, a CQI membership will assist in your continuous quality improvement efforts by providing the learning opportunities necessary for successful implementation.
