Resource Leadership Workshop
This one-day seminar features a set of practical simulation exercises designed to vividly illustrate the difference between working in traditional organizations (referred to as "Red Pen Companies") and those applying new leadership concepts ("Blue Pen Companies"). It is an interactive session that involves participants experiencing and feeling the difference between Red Pen and Blue Pen Companies. It is an excellent simulation that offers attendees insight into what it is like to work in a system and to be led in two contrasting environments.
