We pursue our mission and vision through the following strategies:

• Providing opportunities to learn through breakfast and lunch speaker meetings, seminars, the CQI Academy, our resource center, and newsletter.

• Facilitating special interest networks designed to share techniques, tools and experiences related to continuous quality improvement in your field.

• Promoting local, regional and national quality activities.

• Utilizing continuous improvement tools within our own organization and measuring ourselves against customer feedback.

• Providing inspiration and support for implementations of continuous improvement.

• Providing a forum to share ideas and experiences through networks, meetings and study groups
