Jason Price is a trumpeter, improviser, composer, and electronic musician specializing in new music. He received his Doctor of Musical Arts and Master of Music degrees from the Eastman School of Music. He can be heard on Nonesuch, Warner Brothers, Cantaloupe, and Ace Fu records among others, and has performed across North America, Europe, and Asia. He performs regularly with his group, Alarm Will Sound, a contemporary music ensemble based in New York with concerts at Carnegie hall, Lincoln Center, and The Kitchen. He has served on the faculty of Dickinson College and Susquehanna University.
