Roger has been teaching commercial music classes at LCC since 1978. He developed the Business of Music class (now online) and has taught studio production, history of rock & roll, and band management classes. His primary instrument is the saxophone and secondary instruments are the guitar, bass, and voice. Roger toured with several bands including Sunquest, Special Delivery, Pentagram, Freddie Cannon, and Danny & the Juniors. In addition to thousands of live stage appearances, he has experience in personal management, sound reinforcement, band leadership, and recording studio production. He retired from the stage after a successful run with his last group, the Roger Clark Band. Roger is also and adjunct faculty instructor at Kalamazoo Valley Community College. He received his B.A. from Michigan State University.
